MOOD ONE은 사용자 계정 생성을 요구하지 않으며, JAENG LABS는 앱을 통해 사용자의 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처 또는 위치정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. MOOD ONE does not require account creation. JAENG LABS does not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location through the app.
2. 사진 및 미디어 처리2. Photos and Media
사용자가 선택한 사진은 사진 편집 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용자의 기기에서 처리됩니다. JAENG LABS는 사용자가 선택한 사진을 자체 서버로 업로드하거나 저장하지 않습니다. Photos selected by the user are processed on the user's device to provide photo editing features. JAENG LABS does not upload or store selected photos on its own servers.
편집 후 저장된 사진은 사용자가 선택한 기기 저장공간 또는 사진 보관함에 저장되며, 사용자가 직접 관리하고 삭제할 수 있습니다. Edited photos are saved to a device location or photo library selected by the user and can be managed or deleted by the user.

MOOD ONE이 사진에 접근하는 목적은 사용자가 직접 선택한 사진을 불러오고, 색감 조정·회전·자르기·저장 등의 기능을 제공하기 위한 것입니다. MOOD ONE accesses photos only to let users select images and use features such as color adjustment, rotation, cropping and saving.
4. 제3자 제공 및 판매4. Sharing and Sale of Data
JAENG LABS는 사용자의 사진이나 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 자체적으로 수집한 개인정보를 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. JAENG LABS does not sell users' photos or personal information and does not provide developer-collected personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
5. 광고·분석 서비스5. Advertising and Analytics
현재 MOOD ONE의 출시 계획에는 개인 데이터를 수집하는 광고 SDK 또는 분석 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 향후 이러한 기능이 추가되는 경우 앱 배포 전에 본 개인정보처리방침과 Google Play의 데이터 보안 정보를 실제 동작에 맞게 수정합니다. The current release plan for MOOD ONE does not include advertising or analytics SDKs that collect personal data. If such services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated before release to reflect the app's actual behavior.
6. 보관 및 삭제6. Data Retention and Deletion
JAENG LABS는 사용자의 사진을 자체 서버에 보관하지 않으므로 서버에서 삭제를 요청해야 하는 사진 데이터가 없습니다. 앱이 기기에 저장한 설정 정보는 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제를 통해 제거할 수 있습니다. 편집하여 저장한 사진은 사용자가 기기의 사진 앱 또는 파일 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. JAENG LABS does not retain user photos on its own servers, so there is no server-side photo data that requires a deletion request. App settings stored on the device can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Edited photos saved by the user can be deleted directly through the device's photo or file application.
